I'm Susan Olson Kullman, founder of Knox Maintenance LLC. I'm originally from Chicago and now proud to call Colorado home. I began my career in music education after graduating from DePaul University, later earning a master’s in Choral Conducting from the University of Colorado. I spent over a decade teaching vocal music and theater, and also had the opportunity to teach English in Mexico. My path into real estate started through property management and grew from my passion for helping people. Today, I bring that same care, patience, and dedication to my real estate work.
